Introduction
We are a 4 room Guest House and 2 apartment Self Catering provider. Everyone is welcome but due to constraints of building it may not be suitable for people with certain disabilities. Pre-Arrival

• We are located on A65 between Crooklands and Kendal. • Parking areas are provided at front and back of house. • Parking at front is flagged and rear tarmaced.
